Yesterday I did my first timed walk since I have returned from Tacoma. When I started timing myself in July from the garage to the sidewalk and back took 20 minutes. Then I got my time to 15 minutes prior to this most recent visit. Yesterday, I did the same trip in 11 minutes. I noticed that I am walking longer before the antagonistic behavior between my muscles kicks in.
Monday, Wednesay and today I walked with the robotic assistance for 20 minutes. It is quite a great feeling to move with such ease.
MacKenzie and McEwen are sleeping over this weekend and they are here so I need to go…
